Tiger Technologies has released Window Monkey 1.3.1, a $20 shareware program that adds customizable background patterns to Finder windows and gives users a handy window navigation menu. It fixes a problem when using PopChar with Mac OS 9.1, fixes a conflict with recent versions of GraphicConverter, and adds new options and patterns.
