Apple has posted the English-International version Disc Burner 1.0, which allows you to create your own data CDs using your built-in CD recorder by updating the Finder. (Disc Burner, however, only creates single-session discs, leaving any unused space on the disc unrecoverable during future recordings.) The English-North American version was made available sometime ago.
