    4.0.1 still broken

The VPC 4.0.1 update still causes Netscape 4.7x to crash when trying to display a page with JavaScript.

    That's what you get... :

That's what you get for using a browser that's very behind the times. ;)

    Still Freezes

I still have freezes almost every time I relaunch a "saved state". VPC 4.x has been the fastest, but most problematic version and I've been a user since 1.0. Hopefully, the bugs will continue to get worked out in later updates.

    4.0.x & Norton AntiVirus

Updated to VPC 4.0.1 and I am still having a problem running Windows ME with Norton AntiVirus Auto Protect enabled. The problem doesn't arise when running Windows 95. Anyone else have a similar problem? Connectix hasn' responded to my email on this issue.

    blah blah

Not all problems you get in VPC 4 are due to VPC 4 you know. Remember, it's _Windows_ It has incompatibilities on real PCs as well. So that Auto Protect and ME problem... not VPC's fault.

    Faster on a G3?

Is it any faster on a G3 or is it just optimized for G4 (velocity engine)?
