Apple's shares closed at ending next Saturday, September, 25th (as noted earlier today). Apple is expected to release fourth fiscal quarter earnings on October 13, 2004 and also hold its Apple Quarterly Earnings call on the same date. [updated]

    I recommended AAPL

    .. to the IT geeks in my NAIC stock club when AAPL was hovering around $14/sh. They're all PC people so they decided to buy Dell instead *gag*. Now it's 2 years later, we sold our Dell investment at a loss when we could've doubled our investment in

    sell now?

    if you bought when you were 12 and are looking to make some $ you should have sold it about 4 years ago around the time it split. it was at the equivelent of well over $60/share. i don't remember how high it hit then, but i know a little before the time it split 2 for 1 it was at $120/share.
