Apple has posted the English-North American version of QuickTime Streaming Server 3 Preview. This preview offers quality of service enhancements, new Web-based administration and support for Mac OS X.

I think QT Stream Server 3 was posted a while ago.
yea, thats what i thought also, but apparently is a new version of the preview.
We have posted an updated version of QuickTime Streaming Server 3 Public Preview. As pointed out on the list, the version posted in October has an expiration date of Feb.15. This updated version is identical to the one posted in October except the expiration date has been changed to May 15, 2001.

On the tech note it says basicly iBook and Powerbook need not apply, (i.e. not supported). Is there a hardware reason for this or is it just that they will not support it?
