The shareholders of Diehl Graphsoft, makers of 2D/3D CAD software, VectorWorks, for Macintosh and Windows, have approved the merger plan with Nemetschek AG for $9.50 per share in cash for all outstanding common stock. Diehl is no longer a separate public company, so its common shares will be delisted either May 5 or May 7 from Nasdaq. Nemetschek is one of the largest architectural software vendors in the world.
