Cult to Niche

rather than Boston Mac World being an indication of Apple's change from cult status to a niche, I suspect it's more an indication of no-one wanting to go to Boston :)

Actually

It is more indicative that Steve Jobs doesn't want to go to Boston, new convention center and upgraded freeway system not-withstanding.

Other than a nostalgic desire to be in Boston, there is no reason really to go all the way up there when the real show is now in New York. That and the extremely high barrier to entry at *all* trade shows and it looks rather pathetic.

Oh *that* biased media...

What you talkin'? There is no more show at all in NY. They moved it back to BOS, which is why Apple and in turn, no one else, is going. *sob!*
