John Zimmerer, ColorSync product manager, informed members of the ColorSync mailing list that ColorSync 3.0.3 was not included in the Mac OS 9.1 update, but will be available soon through Software Update and Apple's support area.

ColorSync 3.0.3 on 9.1 CD
Apparently ColorSync 3.0.3 is already included in the shipping MacOS 9.1 and MacOS 9.1 Update CD's, just not in the downloadable MacOS 9.1 Update or availiable independantly.
Is this due to Apple managing it's download traffic (staggering releases to stabilize bandwidth demands) or is there a technical reason?
Finally (and this is crass to note but Apple *has* had this problem, indeed is doing it again with it's different MacOS 9.1 updates!) will all of the versions of ColorSync 3.0.3 be identical or will they have different sets of profiles, or worse yet will there be different versions of the code?
