SoftTTY: telecommunications device on a Mac

updated 11:14 pm EST, Fri January 19, 2001

SoftTTY allows your Mac to function as a TTY or TDD (telecommunications device for the deaf). The $75 software uses the built-in modems on all G3 and G4 based computers and "runs out of the box" without any additional hardware. It also includes an answering machine, phone book and many intelligent dialing features.
