But at the same time they ignore whole places, like the State of New Mexico. The cities of Albuquerque and Santa Fe could sure use an Apple store. There is nowhere in Albuquerque that you can get good Apple information - the CompUSA there sucks, and well - thats it.
My family keeps telling me that they would buy Apple computers if they had any place they could go to get stuff for them. They can go to Best Buy and Target and stores in the mall - and buy PC stuff and software. But nowhere but online to get Apple stuff. They come visit me, and love my Apple stuff, they visit the Apple store and have agreat time. I take them to independant Apple resellers and they see how cool they can be.
Nope - nothing for them in New Mexico. Come on Apple - you gotta figure that with all the artists and famous people in Santa Fe that you would at least want a small retail presence there... Between Albuquerque and Santa Fe there is about a million people - all a captive audience as there is nowhere else within an 8 hour drive...
I would suggest the Cottonwood mall. Or maybe in old-town downtown, near the University and becoming very trendy... Of course, anywhere in Santa Fe is trendy and inconvienient...
