Tech: hacker pleads, CA blackout continues

Afternoon tech news: "Mafiaboy," a 16-year-old computer hacker accused of crippling several major Internet sites, pleaded guilty in a Canadian court on to 55 charges of mischief;rolling blackouts continued for the second day in California, especially in Northern California; and the American Library Association will file a lawsuit challenging a new federal law that would require filtering in public schools and libraries.
