I noticed I could always duplicate the bug too. That is I could put the system to sleep, then wake it up, after waking it up, if I inserted a USB 2.0 device, it didn't recognize it. And sometimes, if the device was inserted before I put it to sleep, it would loose the device.
Thanks for posting your findings, until now thought I was alone, hopefully they'll find a good fix for it soon.
