Gaming News Network has posted an interview with PopTop Software President Phil Steinmeyer on Tropico, the company's building/strategy coming to the Mac, PC and Dreamcast later this year. "[Tropico] was loosely inspired by SimCity," remarks Steinmeyer. "I thought - Being mayor is great, but I'd rather be the absolute boss of a whole country - the dictator."
