MixThePix shuts down in frustration over illegal use
Due to continued unauthorized use of its icons by commercial software makers, MixThePix has decided to close is Web site indefinitely. "I want to thank everybody for their support, but unfortunately it didn't help," a notice on the site reads. The site proprietor blames ADNX Software for illegally using MixThePix's icons, and refusing to remove them from their products.

AND CHANGED ICONS.
New versions of our software with cool new icons
are available since january 6th 2003
KidsBrowser interface
will also be updated with our new icons
before the end of this month

The artist closed his Web site and makes slandering.
Our lawyer is from now charged of this problem.
We think that it don't say the truth.
By changing our icons, we showed that we respect artist rights.
Anybody can an make an error and it's not our fault
if bad archives of the artist are available on the internet.
The artist recognized that its way of distributing icons
was not good and posed problems.
We think that it will exert its great talent in other fields.
They are now changing their icons so they do not violate copyright.
