the read me file about copyright.

WE HAVE CREATED OUR OWN ICONS
AND CHANGED ICONS.
New versions of our software with cool new icons
are available since january 6th 2003

KidsBrowser interface
will also be updated with our new icons
before the end of this month

WE THINK THAT THE DEBATE IS CLOSED.

The artist closed his Web site and makes slandering.
Our lawyer is from now charged of this problem.
We think that it don't say the truth.
By changing our icons, we showed that we respect artist rights.
Anybody can an make an error and it's not our fault
if bad archives of the artist are available on the internet.
The artist recognized that its way of distributing icons
was not good and posed problems.
We think that it will exert its great talent in other fields.

They are claiming that the icons they downloaded did not say they can't use it in a commercial product.

They are now changing their icons so they do not violate copyright.

WE THINK THEY NOT SPEAK NO GOOD ENGLISH. JUST GOT LAID OFF FROM DELL TECH SUPPORT. BAM! FIRE IS BAD!!!

Didn't y'all know that ADNX is a bunch of Apple's Support Reps who man the phones for Mac tech support?

ADNX clearly don't understand copyright. When you create something, you instantly have copyright protection. His icons are his to create, and to use them commercially, clearly they need his permission. If he won't give it, they shouldn't be using his work for profit. End of story.
