Apple Store Michigan Ave: highest-trafficked store
Apple's flagship retail store on North Michigan Avenue in Chicago is the highest-trafficked Apple retail store worldwide, averaging 30,000 visitors per week. The Chicago Sun-Times also notes that Apple is selling an iPod "every 10 minutes" and that Apple currently has flood of applicants for its retail positions: "'There's even a waiting list to work for Apple. "We have 17,000 applicants for 1,000 retail positions,' [Apple VP Ron] Johnson said. 'It's harder to get a job at an Apple store than it is to get admitted to Stanford University,' quips Johnson. There's a sign of the economic times."

Mich ave is a nice store. I'd settle for a theater store in MI.
Some of the employees are really nice, but they're certainly not a majority.
You have to remember that most geniuses are delivering bad news to customers. "It's going to cost ____ to fix your lcd screen. And it's not covered under warranty because you dropped it." Also, a lot of customers try to play 'stump the genius', which I can imagine is degrading - especially when most genious DO know more than most and are actually Apple Certified Technicians.
Also, given your response, I can only imagine your attitude even going into a store to begin with. If you go in, acting like you have an attitude, most people are going to give it right back to you. That's just human nature.
I guess someone with an IQ of a six year old wrote this post.
