Installation of the Battery Update requires Mac OS X 10.2 or later and is designed for the iBook (Dual USB), iBook (Late 2001), iBook (Opaque 16 VRAM) iBook (32 VRAM), iBook G4 (12-inch), PowerBook G4 (12-inch), PowerBook G4 (12-inch DVI), PowerBook G4 (15-inch FW 800), and PowerBook G4 (17-inch) PowerBook G4 (17-inch 1.33GHz). Strange

No update appears to be available for 15" PB Ti800 DVI (aka Quicksilver 2002) edition but just about every other model is supported -- wonder why -- same battery as the rest of the 15" Tibooks.

    same here

Powerbook G4/667 - battery life dropped from 2:30h to 0:30h after applying the 1st 10.2.8 update that was pulled later on by Apple and now the battery is down to 10 minutes. I would really, really like to fix it - after all, it's only a year old! Can someone with a supported Powerbook get the app and post it somewhere for the rest of us, please?

    and me

    I have a non-opaque 16 VRAM model from may 2002.

Drop is due to some erased parameters, dont worry. It will get back.

    Hoy Smoke!!

My 15" 1.25Ghz Al Pb was sitting at 95% battery power and thought it was full. Now, it says I have 2.5 hours until full charge!!

    WooHoo!!

I was getting about 1:45 mins battery power, would love to see what I get now after a real full charge!

    I am retarded

I think that I can install software on hardware that it wasn't designed for. I think this will magically do something. God, I am retarded. I want to install this on my Mr. Coffee so that the battery will last longer...can't someone use pacifist and post it on their .mac account so I can upgrade my coffee pot?
