SmartDisk Corp. has acquired Impleo, a digital-data transfer and storage company based in England that sells products under the Datawise brand. The acquisition allows SmartDisk to begin distribution of its digital connectivity products and personal storage systems in Europe. SmartDisk recently acquired VST Technologies, and its products will now also be available throughout Europe from Impleo.
