Apple today released , which now has calendar, contact, and to-do synchronization for the Sony Ericsson P900 and P800, as well as the Nokia 3650, 7650, and N-Gage smart phones. With these phones iSync also syncs the Address Book picture to the contact info, so you can see a picture of the caller when the phone rings. In addition, iSync now supports several new Bluetooth phones from Sony Ericsson, the T616, T630, and the Z600. Finally, .Mac users who sync their bookmarks can now view, edit and use them from any browser by visiting bookmarks.mac.com. It is also available via the Software Update function.

    Downloading...

and installing right now thru Software Update just fine for me. Not sure where you guys are looking, but check SU.

Anyway, it's nothing to get all excited about unless you have one of the phones now supported. Otherwise it's the same ol' iSync. It would be nice to see an upgrade in the not so distant future that added some features.

    Photo sync?

"With these phones iSync also syncs the Address Book picture to the contact info, so you can see a picture of the caller when the phone rings."

I've just tried doing a sync to my SonyEricsson as usual, and it certainly isn't transferring the photos from addressbook on my Mac to the phone's contact system. Anyone know any more about this? Why the h*** can't apple release these updates with proper notes.

    Re: Photo Sync

Only certain phones support the photos from the Address Book. Read the notes more clearly :)

    New feature?

Address book photo syncing has been working since ISync version 1.1. This is most definitely not a new feature on the 3650.

    wanted features

I would like to see iSync sync Mail account configurations (it would have to allow for customized syncing, e.g. would not sync SMTP server settings), and Mail signatures. It should have the option of Syncing some preference files as well.
