    'bout freakin' time!

You mean to tell me AvantGo couldn't have put something together for us OS X users two years ago?

    Slowbies!

    Don't give praise yet.

I installed this earlier today. For one thing, I couldn't seem to locate a copy of the AGConnect file (actually called "Mobilelink") that needs to reside on your Palm device for it to work. I deleted AvantGo and all vestiges of it from my Palm AGES ago, since it was obvious these bozos were never going to support OS X. I eventually managed to get a copy of the MobileLink installed, but I still can't get it to work.

Beyond my unique problem, go over to MacOSXhints.com and check out the commentary. Seems noone can get this to work as expected. You have to jump through a bunch of hoops just to get it to work at all, and even then, from what i'm reading it is S-L-O-W. It can take anywhere from 10-30 minutes to sycn over your content, depending on how many channels you're subscribed to.

Oh well, I'll keep trying, but I'm about to give up on it... for now.

    Just installed...

And it works for me. It took about 20-25 minutes though... There were eight channels that needed to be updated.

    I have a Handspring Visor.

    Use Plucker

Why bother with AvantGone? Use Plucker (http://www.plkr.org/) which doesn't depend on a server that can track every page you download, won't let "too many" people use the same custom channel, thinks supporting Mac OS X is too much work....
