Web Crossing today shipped , a new paradigm in shared, database-driven, interactive multimedia modules: "Whether photo albums, graphics, or presentation slides, Neurons make it easy to develop and add visual material, thus enhancing the learning experience with student

Other features of Campus Crossing 3.0 include:
- Import and export grade book and attendance records in a standard tab delimited format.
- New fees settlement capability manages "for fee" course payment with automatic settlement via PayPal.
- Enhanced permission handling for better flexibility and security to faculty, administrators and sysops.
- Language localization capabitilities, allowing international and multi-language sites to customize their appearance with any language or multiple language options.
- Supports for themes to easily customize layouts and the "look and feel" of the site.
- The new plugin architecture offers the ability to add and update software modules, including those for Weblogs, RSS feeds, personal and shared calendars, WebMail, visitor comments, polling, brainstorming, rating auctions, wiki web and more.
Campus Crossing 3.0 is available today as a server hosted solution
(ASP) starting at $65/month. For a limited time, licenses of Campus Crossing are also available on an unlimited traffic per-seat basis starting at $300, or on a traffic-based sliding scale software license starting at $300. Campus Crossing license upgrades are available today starting at $120.
