    It BETTER be white...

...or otherwise complimentary to the iPod. So sick of beige & black c*** under the guise of iPod accessories.

    Power?

I don't see a direct link or press release. How many watts of power are these speakers? What do they look like?

    What the?

Is Mac users stuck in the year 1999 where first post counts? Further more, FP may mean something in a wildly popular site, say, Slashdot. At Macnn, it means jack. Thanks for perpetuating the myth that Mac users are idiots, dumbass.

Oh, and the power guy, what do they look like? What a dumbass question is that? There is a picture right f****** there. Also, watts of power? You know that small systems like this typically just make up s*** about their power ratings right? Like describe their max power which can only be sustained

    Nice idea, but...

I think its a great idea but a lousy design...

One person likened it to a 'boom box'.. I agree. I think its very unMaclike.. It really doesn't have the Mac feel to it...its too boxy.

Someone should have shown them Applele.Com and specifically their mockup of what one they made a long time ago... It looks like a ProSpeaker with an iPod sandwiched between them..

Its just not good looking, not very maclike..

    By the way

Yeah, if you actually go through the links you will find that its spec is c*** (prob sounds like c*** too) compared to a real sound system but one does not expect high quality sound coming from these things anyway.

    # Total Continuous Power: 4 Watts RMS
    # Front Speakers: 2 Watts/channel @ 8 ohms @ 10% THD @ 20 - 20000 Hz 2 Channels
    # System Response: 60 Hz - 20 kHz
    # Signal to Noise Ratio @ 1 kHz input: > 75 dB
    # Drivers (per Satellite): Four 1" full-range neodymium Micro Drivers

    ac adapter

This is really what I've been looking for, except I don't believe it accepts an AC adapter. Anyone know?

It's perfect for road trips and hotel rooms! My little sony portable speakers blow.
