Don't know all of the details, but one of my staff lost his network connectivity after he moved to 10.2.8. Anyone heard of any issues?

Subject: 10.2.8: network failure (possibly specific to DP Gigabit Ethernet machines)
I installed 10.2.8 and could not access the net from my machine. Couldn't even ping a nearby local machine. I tried DHCP and manually assigning an IP. Looking on the Apple support page, there are a number of other users in this boat. It may be specific to DHCP users on DP (Gigabit Ethernet) machines.Reverting to an earlier version of the relevant .kext fixed the problem. I removed AppleGMACEthernet.kext 1.3.0 and replaced it with 1.2.4, and my connection problems were fixed.
no problem so far... BTW.. the update yanked the Flash 7.0 plug-in with the older 6.0 version.
After 10.2.8 update, at least one machine crashes every time Classic tries to load. Any others heard/seen this?
Apple pulled all 10.2.8 updates as of 6pm EST on 9/23
Unplugged the ethernet. rebooted. plugged back in, rebooted... it works

Right now, no problems
Installed yesterday on a 500MHz Snow slot-loading iMac with 384MB of RAM and it is running pretty smooth. It seems to boot a hair faster, but we'll see.
