Jobs to deliver keynote speech tomorrow

It's actually at 10am Paris local time (CET) or 9am London local time (BDT) which is 8am GMT, not 9am GMT. Although Paris and London both observe daylight savings, the GMT standard time never does, hence the difference.

California is on Daylight Savings, which makes it -7 from GMT (ordinarily it would be -8), so, as stated above, it's correct that it will be 1am PDT, 3am CDT, 4am EDT (note that the acronym is not CST, Standard means not Daylight).
