...you Americans are fvcked. Land of the Free, Home of the Brave. My a**. Wake the h*** up to the near fascist dictatorship you've allowed to pervert the very meaning of the US constitution, before it's too late. You didn't even vote Bush in, and he's going to take away all the rights you have to serve Corporate Interests. True Story.
Microsoft have been in the mobile phone market for a while. Orange (one of the four mobile networks in the UK) have been selling a phone running Pocket PC (note: 'powered by' would be entirely the wrong phrase here).
Also note: I thought Motorola only recently launched a Linux powered mobile phone.
The Orange SPV E100 http://shop.orange.co.uk/shop/show/handset/orange_spv_e100/details is the latest version of this.
I don't know about the current model, but the original model got a lambasting for being incredibly slow and crashing (just like Windows then).
Note: the more accurate pronounciation is Orange SPiV ;-!
spiv
• noun Brit. informal a flashily dressed man who makes a living by disreputable dealings. See also WinCE.
wince
• verb give a slight involuntary grimace or flinch due to pain or distress.
>>PureTracks is essentially a Windows version of iTunes....
Yeah, that is what Buymusic.com said as well, and we al know how well they are doing now. Why don't software companies release software with their own marketing instead of always having to piggy-back off of something that Apple did? I mean, it is kinda flattering, but it's really starting to get annoying as well, wouldn't you say?
Microsoft has identified a critical flaw in it's software for mobile phones. This flaw allows hackers to erase all data on your cellphone trough a virus. We suggest you patch* this immediately.
*Patch can only be applied by synching cell phone with WindowsXP. User's running earlier viersions of Windows OS need to upgrade.
Virus ridden cellphone software, and slowwww cellphones that get a 10MHz upgrade to their processor every four years - sounds like a marriage made in Georgie W and Billie G's n*** heaven!
I read the headline "iTunes for Canada" and got excited thinking that it was an article announcing a planned date for Apple bringing the real iTunes to Canada...
Oh well, guess I'll have to keep waiting like we always do. Also looking forward to the Apple Store coming to Canada.

As an American, I wholeheartedly agree...with Shrub and Co. in power we are fsck'd. Actually, most of the world will be paying for his in/actions long after he's been booted from the throne. Essentially, we're all fsck'd.
I apologize for myself and anyone else who did not vote in 2000. I plan on making my voice heard and I hope you do as well.
Are we say that Gore would've done BETTER? Us poor voters were caught between a rock and a hard place. Remember what we had for options.
Gore would have been MUCH better. Bush is a n*** pig! I have never been so embarassed to be an American.
