MicroWarehouse, parent company of MacWarehouse yesterday in the U.S., according to MacWorld UK. The company lists assets of over $100 million and debts of more than $100 million. The company announced agreement September 8 that it would sell its assets at a cost of $22 million to U.S. independent direct seller of computers and software, CDW.
