Has anyone ever used SVG ? I understand it's not as good as Flash but I wish someone had a clue...

    Whats new in Dreamweaver

It doesn't look like theres much difference between Dreamweaver MX for Mac and Dreamweaver MX 2004 for Mac (v.7.0)... anyone know if the new version is improved in a Mac only way? ie, faster, bug fixes, etc? The cross platform feature list for MX 2004 over MX doesn't look like sufficient changes to warrant a full number release - looks more like a 6.1.1 kind of deal - but what do I know - thats why I'm asking. Heh heh...

MX does local php/mysql connections very well - GoLive 6 doesn't. Theres reason to use Dreamweaver over Golive. Am I right?

    Safari supported ?

Apparently, Safari would not be supported yet. Come on Macromedia, time to wake up !

    Macromedia Sucks

Looks like they're just charging for bug fixes... that is, if they even fixed the bugs. I should add some examples so people don't think this is just flame bait. First, Fireworks takes about 30 secs to start up. For me, on my G4/733, when using the eye dropper tool to grab a color, it always grabs the inverse of the color. So, I have to choose the color twice. If you create a text block inside of Fireworks and then try and copy and paste the text out of the program into something else, it always copies as an image, not as text. I could keep going, but I don't want Macromedia to waste MORE of my time that it already has.

    Plugins

Anyone know where I can find the latest Flash Player for my G3 iBoook (operating system 9)?
Everything seems to be for Mac OSX only & everyone with an older lodel is just left behind.
I also have problems getting on the Macromedia-site. It's just a page in HTML! Anyone know what that's about and how to fix it?
