Jim Matthews, the author of the popular FTP program "Fetch," announced his new company to "further develop and market" the file transfer utility. Fetch Softworks has licensed the Fetch source code and name from Dartmouth College and has posted a public beta release of the software, Fetch 4.0b4, which expires May 1, 2001. [form]
