    I guess

Apple's market share isn't ready to go up but I know this isn't new either. Yawn

    Other AirHub suggestions?

I have brushed up on all of the arguments of why school districts like mine (lamely) prohibit purchasing from Apple.

While I think I could still purchase AirPort units for our school (we have 30+ iBooks with 2 bases already), just in case some bogus IT tech steps in and says 'nope, get something else' . . . . I'm wondering:

Has anyone had success with other wireless hubs, as far as config / software tools -- just a question about something that is perhaps dual platform -- thanks for your input.

    Other hubs

I have a Netgear 824M which I use with my iBook with an airport card and there was no setup that I can remember - it just worked. I have an iMAc and PC connected via cables and they 'just work' though the PC was a little trickier to set up oddly.
