    Quality?

Does it work? Have the interface issues and bugs previously described been fixed? Will it make backup copies of protected windows CDs?

    Because

the NTI website has no support forum for it, does not have a downloadable user's manual for the it, and because I would like to hear other's knowledge and opinion's about the product before I consider plunking down my hard earned cash to buy it. Is this not a place to exchange information?
