Unsanity has released , a new Mac OS X system "haxie" that modifies the Font menu in Carbon (and soon Cocoa) applications to show the font name in the font face. It can add an icon that displays the format of a font next to the font menu item, display the font name in the font face, group fonts into submenus, and add font collections to the font menu. The $17 shareware offers WYSIWIG font display, the ability to mark/reveal duplicates, and other font management functions.
