    Agree

I agree. HP has one of the worst sites I've ever used. Particularly their tech support.

    basis?

This is absurd. How can any sane person honestly say that these are the top websites in regards to visual quality or user friendliness?

Perhaps they are ranked based upon revenue generation?

    HP ranked Higher???

Well if that is the case, then this survey is a joke!

Have you ever tried HP's website... it is so bloated with stuff that you wind up getting lost as you navigate along its path for what you thought you were looking for.

Dell is the same way... bloated and busy! Look at how they make you read all the c*** as you try to configure a computer. You have to go 3 selections deep before you know what you picked.

This survey has some explaining to do!

    Dell? no way

I'm working on a small tech. proposal for my employer and trying to decifer the actual cost of the machines to purchase has been a nightmare. My main IT person says she just calls a specific rep. at this point, because she cant' get anywhere on their website or general sales number.

    I hate Dell's Site

You feel like a frickin' Rat in a Maze when you go to Dell or HP's Website. At least Microsoft didn't make that short list

I have to agree with all of the above, Dell's site better than Apple's site? what a joke.

    Who paid off that survey?
