GraphSim to publish Summoner, Red Faction

updated 07:34 pm EST, Tue January 9, 2001

Graphic Simulations Corporation has announced that the company has signed a deal with THQ to publish Summoner and Red Faction for the Mac. Summoner, a 3D role-playing game, is expected for release in March while Red Faction, a unique 3D first-person shooter featuring GeoMod real-time, arbitrary geometry modification, is expected for release in July. Unlike the Playstation 2 version of Summoner, the Mac and PC versions of the game will include multiplayer play with support for Parallax Online. Both titles will continue to be developed for the Mac by Volition Lead Programmer Mark Allender. GraphSim was showing Summoner, Baldur's Gate: Tales of the Sword Coast, Descent 3 and F/A-18 Hornet 3.0 on the show floor at Macworld Expo San Francisco 2001.
