today introduced the Click! family of mice, designed to bring a personal touch to the desktop. The three Click! mice offer a choice of style, color and functionality. Ranging from $25 to $50, the Click!, Cordless Click! and Cordless Click! Plus mice will begin to appear on retail shelves in the U.S. and Canada this month and throughout September and are now available at Logitech's website. Each of the new Click! mice features optical sensing technology, while the Cordless Click! and Cordless Click! Plus mice feature Logitech's proprietary Fast RF cordless technology.

  • Click! Optical Mouse: Designed for use with either the left or right hand, the corded Click! mouse ($25) is a desktop mouse available in horizon blue and quick silver.

  • Cordless Click! Optical Mouse: ($40) combines optical sensing with Fast RF cordless, for top performance and freedom from tangled cords. Designed for use with either the right or left hand, the Cordless Click! optical mouse combines quick silver and steel gray to complement the sleeker look of today's desktops.

  • Cordless Click! Plus Optical Mouse: The Cordless Click! Plus mouse ($50) is designed specifically for the right hand for maximum comfort. It integrates fashionable steel gray with metallic blue, along with a unique island that helps bridge the finger's path to the scroll wheel. Also, users can easily click through Internet pages using the convenient forward and back buttons. It features a combination of Fast RF and optical sensing technology.

    Thanks again for nothing!

I remember the good old days when Logitech made right and left-handed versions of their "handed" mice.

Logitech must *really* not want any more of my money, after refusing to make OS X drivers for two like-new webcams I had*, and by continuing to offer their most full-featured mice only to right-handed people.

*Yes, I know of the third-party drivers, thank you.

    Drivers

I used to think Mac drivers from Logitech suck. But when I tried to use my MX700 for games on a PC, I changed my mind.

Mac drivers from Logitech suck, but Windows drivers suck even more. The configuration is the same for every application and you can't assign an arbitrary key press to a button, only function keys. So if you have a game that does not see the eight buttons of the MX700, you must configure them as F keys and they become useless in other programs.

Well that may be true of Logitech's drivers, but I have the same mouse you have and I have complete functionality of all the buttons in any game that I play and in all the applications that I use and when I leave the game and say, go to safari, my buttons change to reflect the application that I have setup and that I am using.

I use USB Overdrive and have complete functionality with this mouse. So, you may be at a loss with Logitech's drivers, but USB Overdrive gives you the control you're looking for.

    Thank you.

you people are ridiculous. Like a mouse is MS' world domination scheme. Get a grip.

I use the best tool for the job. You retards can sit and wait until some other cheapass company makes a bluetooth mouse - meanwhile, the less paranoid of us will be enjoying our quality hardware.
