equinux today released , an update to its VPN client for Mac OS X. Version 2.1 includes new encryption algorithms, advanced deployment supporting import/export of connections, and extended scripting support. It adds support for the AES algorithm (Advanced Encryption Standard), which has been approved by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for use in U.S. government organizations and supports key lengths for IPsec phase 1 and 2 (128-, 192- and 256-bits). The Personal version is $90, while the Professional version ($200) can addiitionally create certificates and CA's and sign certificate requests.
