Apple Centre Broadway was seeing a 'disheartening' supply of iPods, salesperson... 'We have a steady dribble of supply that goes out to back order. We’ll order 20 and maybe get five.'"

    Hardly surprising...

...you can fit every good song written by an Australian on one CD, why would they need an iPod?

    Grow Up

Grow up.......... Who every posted the first message.

And just because we live in Australia it does not mean we listen to songs only write by Australians or sung by Australian artists.

    Just grow up!

The supply problem can be bad for Apple in general along with the lack of support from Apple for the products sold here. I canÕt remember the last time I saw an Apple TV add, apart from Pay TV I donÕt think I have every seen an add on the main Network stations. And yes we do have both, we may not have 100Õs of ÒCableÓ channels but we have enough.

No iTunes Music store, blamed on the US record companies and copyrights.

No iPhoto support for the prints via the post function, donÕt know whoÕs to blame there.

But AC/DC wrote like 20 albums, you can't get them on one CD! :-)

You've been trolled. Get a grip.
Besides, we all know the real reason iPODs are slow to get to Australia is the difficulty in keeping the software running when all the bits are upside down....
