MacPlay is now shipping , the sequel to popular first-person shooter: "The intense action takes place on planet LV1201, where a group of scientists set up a base and capture several Aliens to study. When the vicious creatures escape, the scientists call for help from the Colonial Marines." The game features 21 missions and 3 interlocking storylines that allow the player to take on the role of Alien, Predator, or Colonial Marine. Each sports new weapons and abilities; multiplayer mode offers 10 characters from which to choose and 12 maps where players can stage deathmatch, team deathmatch, survivor, evac, overrun, and hunt contests. The $50 title requires Mac OS X 10.2.5.
