    Thanks, ESPN, et al...

Because I was REALLY about to be pissed off when it comes to All-Star Game coverage. I like mlb.com and the other sports/baseball sites, but I like ESPN's 'Gamecast' feature.
Now, if all these other designers and business outlets adopt a similar plan, the 'Net experience will be that much better.

    Hats off to ESPN

I was among many that wrote to ESPN to fix their website. I am glad that they did the right thing and salute their awesome customer support!

    Email them and they will

listen. Notice, it only took a few days to have a major web site update it's code? I'm sure quite a few people emailed ESPN, I sent my email. Too bad we can't all do this for every major web site that refuses to support Safari.

    ESPN Standards-based

There's an interesting article on Netscape's developer site about how ESPN's new site design is totally standards-based. http://devedge.netscape.com/viewsource/2003/espn-interview/01/

This is interesting as Safari is a standards-based browser.

    Re: ESPN Standards based

The problem isn't web standard. The problem was with the Flash graphics ESPN had on their front page.
