Dantz today announced the availability of , an update to its backup software for Mac OS X. Highlights of the upgrade include bootable Mac OS X disaster recovery, support for the latest CD/DVD backup devices, and support for Red Hat Linux clients. Dantz also announced a 60-day limited-time offer for existing Retrospect customers. Through September 15, 2003, customers who purchase Annual Support and Maintenance will receive an upgrade to Retrospect 5.1 at no additional cost. Licenses start at $500; upgrades at $100.
