Apple appoints King as MD of Australia

Apple has recruited ex-IBM employee Tony King to be the . ARN reports that Apple chose the Sydney media launch of its Power Mac G5 computer to announce the new appointment: "King was recruited from IBM, where he ran the company’s PC division for Asia-Pacific. He replaces Ben Bowley, who left Apple at the end of March. King had previously worked for Dell as that company’s CFO and GM for its small business, government and education division."
