Maxum releases PageSentry 3.0

Maxum Development has announced PageSentry 3.0, a major upgrade to the company's server testing tool which will be demonstrated this week in the MacTech Pavillion at the Macworld Conferences and Expo San Francisco 2001. The new version adds the ability to monitor servers from the web, the ability to test POP and IMAP servers directly, new mechanisms for handling server failures, an activity monitor for advanced problem diagnosis and a new "Snooze" function which "lets users take PageSentry temporarily off-line and have it return to service automatically after a set time period."
