Gefen's new monitor extension solution, the , uses a single CAT-5 Ethernet cable to extend any LCD or CRT monitor up to 150 feet from the computer, while maintaining up to 1600x1200 resolutions. The $300 solution includes small, foot-print sender and receiver units, a six-foot VGA cable, and a 5V power supply. Gefen's ex-tend-it line also includes several products for extending devices that use USB, PS/2, VGA and DVI technology among others.
