LiveTime Software today announced for Mac OS X, its complete J2EE, web-based technical support and help desk solution providing a comprehensive scalable support infrastructure for organizations. The suite offers SMS messaging, email reporting, real-time business metrics and unlimited escalation pathways, Version 2 of the company's help desk and support application will begin shipping this week. Pricing starts at $3,000 for a 'Starter Pack' (3 users).
