Vital today announced for Mac OS X, which is targeted "to developers interested in high-powered text editing and programming options and makes liberal usage of windowing styles from Windows and UNIX to provide a very advanced development environment for developers in all backgrounds. CRiSP comes with a platform independent macro language that can be used to fully customize / enhance the feature set." It features columnar editing, drag & drop support, full Finder support, syntax coloring for 80 languages, embedded script language, large file support, tagging and cross-referencing browsing support, mult-file editing/search, and other functions. A 21-day demo of the $150 application is available.
