has announced plans to certify Apple's open source-based Safari web browser: "The Safari browser delivers the fastest web browser performance in the Mac OS X environment and once certified will enable PeopleSoft users to be more productive. Users of PeopleSoft applications will be able to take advantage of unique features of Apple's Safari including SnapBack navigation [and] tabbed browsing..." Apple Safari browser support will be provided in the fourth quarter of 2003.
