Customers tout ROI on Xserve platform

Apple's Xserve and PowerBooks are to offer fans watching from the 74 luxury suites at the Xcel Energy Center the ability to watch high-definition game images on PowerBook G4s while browsing live stats, scores and news over the Internet: "The data is created, stored and delivered on Apple's Xserve systems. While the team has a PC-based network, it has used the Xserve to handle media-rich images. The team claims it saves money too because it doesn't pay client-access fees for Mac OS X Server or for QuickTime Streaming Server."

Take THAT, LA!
How about those last two overtime wins! Incredible. Almost eliminated 3-1, this three-year old team comes back to take the series.
And how about those T-wolves? Spanked the Lakers last night. Choked in the 4th, but hey, they still won. Take THAT, LA!
Let's hope the Twins have good luck this year like last. It'll turn out to be a great year for Minnesota sports.
