Ulead Systems today introduced , digital image slideshow creation software for both CD and DVD media: "[it] lets consumers easily assemble digital images, create sophisticated DVD navigation and polished menus using templates such as holiday, vacation, and romantic. Adding text, background music and importing images for menu backgrounds give slideshows a personal touch...The software is also unique because it works with both CD and DVD burners, giving the majority of consumers who do not have a DVD burner the option of burning their final slideshow to inexpensive CD media that they can still watch on TV using a standard DVD player." It is $30; OEM versions will be available in early May in multiple languages including English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and Portuguese.
