    Apple may become...

...Orwell's 'Big Brother' of the music industry...
Anybody notice the 'playcount' feature in iTunes?

    Vivendi

Vivendi is a french based company. Major exec bigwigs could come here on visitor visas. But they would also be aliens too.

    What?

Apple's not going under? Or do we need to wait for the financials to come out before people start predicting Apple's demise?

    Re: What?

With their slipping market share and increasing irrelevance in the computer market (read - slow as dirt desktops that are the joke of the industry), Apple WILL go under at some point. Some ships just sink slower than others - unfortunately cool looking iMacs wont keep Apple alive for long.
