Freeverse ships Legion, offers DBG to .Mac

Freeverse is now shippping , the epic strategy game set in ancient Rome. The turn-based strategy game puts users "in control of vast armies as you seek to conquer your neighbors through military might. With huge, historically accurate maps of the Ancient World, large battlefields, and units ranging from Praetorian Guards to Celtic Cavalry, Legion is the ultimate test for would-be Caesars!" The title is $20 is available for Mac OS 9/X.
Freeverse has also partnered with Apple to offer its Deluxe Board Games (DBG), a suite of eight classic board games--Chess, Checkers, 7th Fleet, 4-In-A-Row, Go, Mancala, Tic Tac Toe, and Reversi (a $20 value), as a free download to Apple's .Mac subscribers.

My god what an awful game. Very dumbed down. Very boring. Hopefully Freeverse will get to port better games in the future.
I'm glad to see Hearts of Iron and Europa Universalis are making their way to the mac.
