Asustek Computer offered Elitegroup Computer Systems , primarily used in the production of iBook laptops, according to EBN. Asustek is one of Taiwan's biggest ODMs makers of laptops and motherboards, according to the report. The article also notes that more than half of the factory's capacity has been allocated for Apple and the company is hoping to land orders from Apple, as it currently only has a few OEM customers, with Sony Corp. of Japan as the biggest one.
