Following on up yesterday's report, one reader provided additional details on MDD PowerMac G4 Power Supply shipments, noting delays of up to 6 weeks for all those who have not yet received their order.
"I just read your evening news post about the to readers. Good news is that all reports are really positive. We got some in last week and weekend and have had no bad ones, except for one user who got a broken kit (and Apple can't send him a new one for some reason).
"Now the problem: cause some of our readers ordered it the first day and yet didn't get a kit, they called Apple to ask why. Answer: all kits have been sent out and the new batch will only arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. This means end of april - mid may.
Apple has not sent emails or other warnings to any user notifying of them of the delays. Apple also failed to send warnings to European users warning that the kits were delayed, although they *did* send it to US customers. For more info on the new delay. "
